Building a Resilient Workforce

Having a resilient workforce is about individuals, teams and organisations functioning well during both normal operating conditions, as well as in times of stress or significant change. A resilient workforce has a protective barrier that enables them to stay healthy, work effectively and maintain productivity during periods of high pressure. This program will enable organisations to design a strategy action plan for a program to build a resilient workforce. Each cluster will comprise of different organisations allowing participants to learn from each other and work together.
At the conclusion of the program, participants will have:

▪ Identified risks to Individual and Organisational Resilience
▪ Reviewed their Policies and Practices for Individual and Organisational resilience
▪ Strategies to build; Individual and Organisational Resilience
▪ Workshop 1: Building Individual Resilience - Tuesday 26 September
▪ Workshop 2: Building Team Resilience - Tuesday 24 October
▪ Workshop 3: Building Organisational Resilience - Thursday 16 November
$790 per person for three workshops . Discount offered if two participants register from one organisation.
